Here's the deal. I'm a Fundraising Event Auctioneer and I can't even believe how blessed I am to work with people like you! The nonprofit community is like none other. You are smart and passionate and work harder than anyone I know. I also love your donors. It is one of my favorite things to stand in front of your guests and give them authentic and meaningful opportunities to help you do the important and world-changing work you do. The amazing thing about conducting hundreds of auctions and fundraising appeals, is that your guests never cease to amaze me. Over the past 10 years, I've seen thousands upon thousands of people raise millions of dollars to make this world a better place, which is only possible because of the work you do everyday. I can't wait to see what we can do together.

My Philosophy

I believe everyone wants to know they are making a meaningful difference in our world, and it's our job to give them that opportunity.

It doesn't take a psychology degree to figure this one out. People want to make a difference. After it's all said and done, after they've climbed the highest of mountains and raised their beautiful families and built a successful career, they want to know if it was enough. Did they make a difference? Did they contribute? Did they make this world a better place? As fundraisers, it is our job to show them a way to make a lasting difference.

This is at the core of everything we will do together. When we begin to look at your gala program through this lens, it all begins to come together. What stories will your guests connect to? Which lives could your guests change that night? What experiences can you offer in your live auction that will make your guests feel connected to your cause?

This is what I want to do with you. Together, we can give people the opportunities to make a meaningful and impactful difference in our world. In our first call, you will share with me all of the amazing things your organization is doing. In our strategy meeting, we will decide what ways will connect your guests most effectively (live auction items, appeals, stories, etc). The night of your event, we will give your guests meaningful opportunities to make a lasting difference. By giving your guests the opportunity to do something great with their donation, you can build lasting relationships that will have them coming back to see what they can accomplish at your gala.

Minnesotan who loves coffee & camping

(just not camping with toddlers)

I can't do what I do without creating authentic connections with you, so you should know a little more about me. I am born and raised in the Minneapolis area, which is mostly where I get to work with amazing nonprofits like yours.

When I was a sophomore in college at Bethel University in Saint Paul, I went to an auction and thought it looked fun, so the following summer I attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA. I was immediately hooked and started working with nonprofits right away. That was in 2007 and I haven't looked back since.

I am married to an amazing man who I met in second grade (he was also in second grade at the time, don't worry) and we have a two awesome kids and a small dog named Harley. Spending time as a family is a huge priority for us, so aside from working with nonprofits and schools like you and hanging with the family, I don't have many hobbies at this stage in life. We like to read together, go for walks and play pretend. Before having kids, camping was how I spent any weekend that wasn't filled with galas, but we're only a few summers away from being able to get back to our tent and mosquitos.

I look forward to getting to know you better soon!
